Desiring to amend the Agreement between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Belgium for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income and on capital, signed at Manama on 4 November 2007 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Agreement'),
